Here’s an easy peanut butter and chocolate keto fat bomb recipe:
Inside:
* In a mixing bowl, combine…
1-cup of sugar-free natural peanut butter
2/3 cup of almonds
1/2 cup 100% cacao chocolate chips
1/2 0 carb white chocolate chips
* Scoop mixture into an ice tray or chocolate mold and place in the freezer for 1 hour
Outside:
* In a double boiler, melt 1 cup of 100% cacao
* Mix in 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
* Remove from heat
Final Steps:
* Remove a single peanut butter block from the ice tray, dunk in the chocolate, set on a tray
* Repeat for each peanut butter block
* Place in refrigerator and cool
* Eat and enjoy!
