Looking for a new keto drink to try? Seek no further and try a Chilean Keto Borgoña!
The typical Chilean Borgoña is a mix of Chilean red wine with strawberries and sugar. But most of the time, the drink is actually a pitcher of red wine with a can of sugar preserved strawberries.
This recipe takes away all that unwanted sugar and is simple to make.
Keto Borgoña Recipe
* 1 bottle of a dry Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon
* 3 cups sugar-free strawberry juice
* juice of 1 small key lime
Pour all into a pitcher and serve with a single ice cube!

Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe:
- 4 cups cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp roasted cinnamon
- 1 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour

Keto Bufala Stuffed Filet Mignon and Pancetta Meat Balls
This is a fun one to make as I love making a red sauce.
To make sure you get your fats for the day, smoky pancetta/bacon is the star of the show.
To get started, fry up some bacon and place aside.
Also get 4 cloves of garlic piled up and covered in the oven to get roasted.
SAUCE:
Now get the sauce going:
- I used onion powder instead of onions to keep the carbs lower today
- Just get your tomatoes cut and in your said pan with EVO. Feel free to add 1/2 cup of dry wine if you are well enough under your 20 carbs for the day.
- Drain the bacon fat into the space pan.
- Chop the bacon into large pieces and put half in the sauce to simmer.
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking power
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In a large mixing bowl, add your ground beef
- Take the remaining bacon and finely chop. Then add to the bowl.
- Add 2 eggs
- Add 1 cup of the keto breadcrumbs
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and garlic powder to taste
- Add 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Add 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Take a handful of the meat mixture and flatten in your hand.
- Add a 1x1 inch piece of bufala on top
- Fold the meat around the cheese and roll into a ball
- Repeat until all meat is used
- In a large pan, brown the meatballs on all sides and remove from heat
- In a medium Pyrex, add your sauce
- Peel the roasted garlic and add the 4 roasted cloves
- Add the meatballs
- Cook on 300F until cooked through
- Remove from oven and add more bufala on top of the meatballs
- Place back in oven at 400F to brown the cheese

Keto Nashville Hot Chicken

Here’s an easy recipe for some tasty air fried Nashville fried chicken tenderloins.
- On a small plate, add a layer of coconut flour and season with salt and pepper
- In a flat bowl, ad egg for the egg wash
- In a large bowl, add almond flour, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cayenne powder, 2 tbsp garlic power, 1 tbsp onion powder, with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dredge the chicken in the coconut flour
- Move to the egg wash
- Add to the almond flour to coat entirely
- Add to the air fryer and cook until complete
- Top with Frank’s Red Hot and serve on lettuce.

Keto Spicy Shrimp in Pink Sauce with Green Peppers

- San Marzano tomatoes
- Garlic
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pinch of erythritol
- 1 tbsp cayenne (or less to your linking)
- When sauce is complete, turn off the heat and add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream or more depending on your taste!
- In a separate pan, sweat 1 cut green pepper until soft, and then mix them into the sauce BEFORE adding the cream.
- Peel 1 lb of raw shrimp
- Dry them to remove excess water
- In a medium sized bowl, add 1 cup of coconut flour
- Mix 2 tbsp chili powder and 1 tbsp of cayenne powder. Feel free to use less if you prefer a less spicy heat
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all bowl ingredients and add the shrimp to coat all sides of the shrimp
- Sauté the shrimp on EVO for 1-2 minutes combined for both sides of the shrimp
- Add shrimp to the sauce and stir

Keto Chicken Parmigiana with Green Pepper Recipe

- San Marzano tomatoes
- Garlic
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pinch of erythritol
- Herbs to your liking
- Feel free to add cayenne if you prefer it spicy
- In a separate pan, sweat 1 cut green pepper until soft, and then add to then sauce.
- 2 cups of bufala
- 2 cups of a firmer cheese such as freshly grated cheddar or a firm mozzarella
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- Cut 8 chicken tenderloins into 1x1 inch squares
- Season and cover in coconut flour
- Dredge in 1 egg
- Coat with a mixture of almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
- Cook on high in an air fryer
- Preheat over to 350 F
- In a medium oven-safe glass or metal container, place a layer of sauce at the bottom
- Add the cooked chicken for the next layer
- Add your cheese mixture on top
- Cook until cheese is melted and browned
