Lobster Bisque from Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar in Eastham, MA

Over the years, my favorite Lobster Bisque has come from Enterprise Seafood in Santa Monica, CA. As it came with a butter puff pastry on top. But the version from Arnold’s is by far the best I’ve ever had. It has huge pieces of lobster inside and that makes the difference.
