Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe:
- 4 cups cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp roasted cinnamon
- 1 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Mix ingredients by in a bowl and the. bake at 300F for 1 hour. Top with heavy whipping cream and cinnamon.
