Keto Slow-Cooker Collard Greens and Pork Belly
An easy keto recipe which you can have 3 ways!
* consommé
* side dish
* main dish
Recipe:
- 1 small onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lb diced pork belly
- 2 lbs chopped collard greens
Cut the onion into 4 slices and place at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Top with the garlic.
Add the chopped collard greens.
Season with celery salt, black pepper and liquid smoke.
Too with the diced pork belly.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
Optional: strain to remove the juice to serve as a consommé.
