Here’s an easy recipe for some tasty air fried Nashville fried chicken tenderloins.
On a small plate, add a layer of coconut flour and season with salt and pepper
In a flat bowl, ad egg for the egg wash
In a large bowl, add almond flour, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cayenne powder, 2 tbsp garlic power, 1 tbsp onion powder, with salt and pepper to taste.

This meal will make you forget all about those carb slabs and focus on the tasty red sauce, fried breaded chicken, gooey cheese and a little touch of green pepper.
To start, simply get your red sauce going!
RED SAUCE:
San Marzano tomatoes
Garlic
Onion
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Pinch of erythritol
Herbs to your liking
Feel free to add cayenne if you prefer it spicy
GREEN PEPPERS:
In a separate pan, sweat 1 cut green pepper until soft, and then add to then sauce.
CHEESE:
Prepare and season your cheese layer:
2 cups of bufala
2 cups of a firmer cheese such as freshly grated cheddar or a firm mozzarella
1 cup of grated parmesan
CHICKEN:
Cut 8 chicken tenderloins into 1x1 inch squares
Season and cover in coconut flour
Dredge in 1 egg
Coat with a mixture of almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
Cook on high in an air fryer
PREPARATION:
Preheat over to 350 F
In a medium oven-safe glass or metal container, place a layer of sauce at the bottom
Add the cooked chicken for the next layer
Add your cheese mixture on top
Cook until cheese is melted and browned
For the end, add 1 cup of heavy cream to your red sauce and mix. Add more cream if it’s no pink enough for you.
Add dollops of the pink sauce to the top of the dish either before placing in the over or after the dish is complete,
This is an easy one with the smoked pork shoulder and the homemade hoisin sauce providing all the flavor, with the cool and subtle flavored lettuce balancing it out.

Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe:
Coconut Flour crust:
3/4 cup coconut flour
2 large eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp erythritol
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Roll the dough with a roller or use your hands to create spread on the bottom of the pan, leaving a raised edge.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is solid and golden brown
Chocolate Cheesecake filling:
3 cupscream cheese
3largeeggs
1/2cup erythritol
1.5 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp 100% cocoa powder (sugar free)
1 tbsp coconut flour or shredded coconut
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tbsp baking powder
Sugar free dark chocolate chips to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes
