Here’s an easy keto cheesecake recipe that also handles that chocolate craving with this keto chocolate cheesecake recipe with a no-carb coconut crust.
Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe:
Coconut Flour crust:
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Roll the dough with a roller or use your hands to create spread on the bottom of the pan, leaving a raised edge.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is solid and golden brown
Chocolate Cheesecake filling:
- 3 cups cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1.5 tbsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp 100% cocoa powder (sugar free)
- 1 tbsp coconut flour or shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- Sugar free dark chocolate chips to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes
- Add filling to the pie crust
- Bake for 1 hour at 325F
- Remove from oven once firm and let cool
- Enjoy!
